Spatial Resonance 2013

Outdoor spaces surrounding Auckland’s Kenneth Myers Centre are activated through performance and sound making.  Drawing on the centres rich and diverse arts programme, the artist uses the surrounding outdoor spaces as tools to create sound and as an interface between performance, art and sound making. One performance from this series includes the artist activating the work Mātauranga 2001, a large steel sculpture by Māori artist Richard Shortland Cooper.
